Registration form must be received by October 15th. All entry fees are non-refundable. A completed waiver is required for participation. Entries received on the day of the event will be subject to an additional $10 late registration fee per competitor.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I understand and acknowledge that participation in rodeo, livestock, equine, and related activities is inherently dangerous and involves risk that may result in property damage, bodily injury, permanent disability, paralysis or death. These risk may include, but are not limited to, being thrown from, stepped on, kicked, struck, trampled, crushed, dragged, bitten, or otherwise injured by livestock or horses: falls collisions, equipment failure: arena or ground conditions; actions of other participants, spectators, livestock, event personnel, or third parties; and other known or unknown risk associated with rodeo and livestock activities.

I understand that animals are unpredictable by nature and may react without warning to sounds, movements, people, other animals, objects, or conditions. I voluntarily choose to participate in the Harvest Invitational with full knowledge of these risk and knowingly assume the risks associated with my participation.

RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I, on behalf of myself and my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby release and hold harmless New Hebron Baptist Church, the Harvest Invitational, Brookhaven Civic Center, event organizers, directors, officers, employees, volunteers, sponsors, contractors, livestock providers, stock contractors, judges, arena personnel, and their respective representatives and agents from claims or liabilities arising from or related to my participation in the Harvest Invitational, except to the extent such release is prohibited by applicable law. I understand that this release is intended to apply to injuries, losses, damages, or claims arising from the ordinary risks associated with participation in the event.

PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITY

I understand that I am responsible for determining whether I am physically capable of participating in my selected event(s). I agree to follow all event rules and instructions given by event officials, arena personnel, judges, livestock providers, or other authorized representatives. Event officials reserve the right to refuse or discontinue my participation if they determine that my participation presents an unreasonable safety concern or if I fail to follow event rules or instructions. I understand that appropriate protective equipment is strongly encouraged and may be required for certain events or competitors according to event rules.

EMERGENCY MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION

In the event of an injury or medical emergency, I authorize Harvest Invitational personnel to obtain or arrange reasonable emergency medical care when necessary. I understand that event personnel are not responsible for guaranteeing the availability or outcome of medical treatment. I understand that I am responsible for medical expenses incurred as a result of my participation unless otherwise required by law.

PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASE

I understand that photographs, video, and other recordings may be taken during the Harvest Invitational. I authorize New Hebron Baptist Church and the Harvest Invitational to photograph, record, and use my image, likeness, and/or voice in event-related promotional materials, social media, websites, advertising, print materials, and future Harvest Invitational promotions without compensation.

I certify that I am the parent or legal guardian of the minor participant named above and have the legal authority to provide consent for the minor's participation. I have read and understand this Competitor Waiver, Release of Liability & Assumption of Risk. I understand the inherent risks associated with the minor's participation in rodeo, livestock, equine, mutton bustin', bull riding, barrel racing, ranch rodeo, and related activities. I voluntarily give permission for the minor named above to participate in the event(s) selected and acknowledge and assume the risks associated with that participation on behalf of myself and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, the minor participant.
